Put Your Logo on Every Box

Custom Packing Tape, Factory-Direct

Custom packing tape is one of the highest-ROI packaging decisions a brand can make. Every box you ship is a brand impression — and plain beige tape wastes it. TapeDudes prints your logo or full-color artwork directly onto professional-grade tape, whether you need a workhorse polypropylene roll for your fulfillment center, a premium water-activated gummed kraft tape for a luxury unboxing moment, or full-color custom gummed tape starting at just 1 roll.

Our standard custom water-activated tape — also called custom gummed tape — starts at just 6 rolls, the lowest standard-substrate MOQ in the category. Competitors typically require 40 rolls or more before they'll run a custom job. And our new Custom Full-Color Tape drops the MOQ to a single roll: branded gummed packaging tape is now accessible to Etsy shops, makers, and product launches, not just enterprise shippers. Whether you're running 6 boxes a week or 6,000, we have a custom packaging tape option that fits your volume.

Custom shipping tape from TapeDudes is made in North America at our sister facility, with a free 24-hour digital proof included on every order. No back-and-forth, no surprises — you'll see exactly what your branded packing tape looks like before anything goes to press. And if you're not happy with the final product, our money-back guarantee has you covered.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between PolyPro, water-activated (gummed), and full-color tape?
PolyPro is workhorse polypropylene packing tape printed with up to 3 ink colors — best for high-volume shipping where you want your logo on every box. Standard water-activated tape — also called custom gummed tape — is gummed kraft (default) or white, with 1–3 ink colors, that bonds permanently to the carton for a premium unboxing moment. Full-color tape is gummed kraft (white, matte finish) printed with full-color artwork in any colors or design — best for small brands, makers, and product launches, with a 1-roll MOQ.
What's the minimum order?
PolyPro starts at 36 rolls (~$250). Standard water-activated gummed tape starts at just 6 rolls ($109.98) — the lowest standard-substrate MOQ in the category. Full-color tape starts at just 1 roll ($21).
How wide is the tape and how much weight can it hold?
Custom Full-Color Tape is 2.76" wide and holds packages under 40 lb. It's a water-activated gummed kraft tape with a white matte finish, which means once it's applied to a corrugated box it bonds permanently and tears cleanly by hand — no dispenser required. For heavier shipments, our PolyPro custom tape is the right choice.
How long does production take?
PolyPro and standard water-activated tape ship in approximately 2 weeks after proof approval. Full-color tape ships in 5 days after proof approval. All custom tapes include a free 24-hour digital proof — you'll see your artwork before anything goes to press.
Can I upload my own artwork?
Yes. Upload your logo or artwork directly on the product page after selecting your quantity. We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, PSD, and EPS files up to 20 MB. We'll send a designer-polished digital proof within 24 hours. No back-and-forth, no surprises — once you approve, we go to press. Not sure how your design will repeat across the roll? Click "See Guide" on the product page for a logo repeat length reference.
Where is the tape made?
TapeDudes custom-printed tape is made in North America at our sister facility. Stocked TapeDudes-branded supplies (gaffer, packing, kraft, masking, tamper-evident, stretch film, dispensers) are made in the USA.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Contact us at support@tapedudes.com or (303) 351-1182 and we'll send sample swatches so you can feel the tape and assess print quality before placing a custom order.
