My design doesn't line up in the preview. Is that a problem?
No. The preview is a quick sketch. A designer builds the real print file, lines your design up so it repeats cleanly along the roll, and sends you a free proof to approve before anything prints.
What's the minimum order quantity for poly tape?
It depends on the roll you pick. Most sizes start at 36 to 72 rolls (from about $250), and 1,000 yd machine rolls start at 4 to 6 rolls. The page shows the exact minimum for your size. A printed background (Color or PANTONE) is reverse-printed, which doubles the minimum on most sizes.
How long does it take to receive my order?
After you order, a designer reviews your artwork and emails you a free proof within 12 hours. Once you approve it, your tape ships 4-6 weeks later.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept AI, PDF, EPS, and high-resolution PNG or JPG (300 dpi or higher). Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) always produce the sharpest results. Not sure if your file is ready? Upload it and our designers will check it for free.
Will the print stay on through shipping and handling?
Yes. Our inks are cured into the tape surface, not just printed on top. The print holds through normal warehousing, shipping, and handling conditions. Backed by our 100% money-back guarantee.
How many ink colors can I print?
Up to 3 ink colors on poly tape. That covers most logos and wordmarks cleanly. Need full-color printing? Check out our custom water-activated tape or contact us about upcoming full-color options.
Do I get a proof before you go to production?
Always. We send a digital proof for your approval before printing a single roll. You can request changes until you're 100% happy. Production only starts after you give the green light — and your order is fully refundable until that point.
