What's the minimum order quantity for poly tape?

Custom poly tape starts at 36 rolls (~$250). That's the minimum to make the print run cost-effective — and once you see your logo on a roll, most customers order more.

How long does it take to receive my order?

After you place your order, our design team reviews your artwork and sends a digital proof within 24 hours. Once you approve the proof, production and shipping takes approximately 2 weeks. We'll keep you updated at every step.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept AI, PDF, EPS, and high-resolution PNG or JPG (300 dpi or higher). Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) always produce the sharpest results. Not sure if your file is ready? Upload it and our designers will check it for free.

Will the print stay on through shipping and handling?

Yes. Our inks are cured into the tape surface, not just printed on top. The print holds through normal warehousing, shipping, and handling conditions. Backed by our 100% money-back guarantee.

How many ink colors can I print?

Up to 3 ink colors on poly tape. That covers most logos and wordmarks cleanly. Need full-color printing? Check out our custom water-activated tape or contact us about upcoming full-color options.
