What's the minimum order for water-activated tape?
Just 6 rolls — the lowest MOQ in the industry for custom water-activated tape. Most competitors require 40+. That means you can test branded WAT without committing to a warehouse pallet.
What's the difference between kraft and white base?
Kraft is the natural brown paper base — great for eco-friendly or rustic branding. White base gives you a brighter print surface with more contrast, ideal for logos that include lighter colors. White base is priced at a 50% premium for black ink.
Do I need a special dispenser for water-activated tape?
Yes. Water-activated tape requires a water-activated tape dispenser (also called a WAT gun or gummed tape dispenser) to moisten and activate the adhesive. The tape won't stick without water. We carry dispensers — ask us if you need one.
How long does it take to receive my order?
After you place your order, our design team reviews your artwork and sends a digital proof within 24 hours. Once you approve the proof, production and shipping takes approximately 2 weeks.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept AI, PDF, EPS, and high-resolution PNG or JPG (300 dpi or higher). Vector files always produce the sharpest results. Not sure if your file is ready? Upload it and our designers will check it for free.
Is water-activated tape tamper-evident?
Yes. Water-activated tape bonds permanently with the corrugated fibers of the box. Any attempt to remove the tape will visibly damage the box surface, making tampering obvious. It's the preferred tape for high-value or regulated shipments.
Do I get a proof before you go to production?
Always. We send a digital proof for your approval before printing a single roll. You can request changes until you're 100% happy. Production only starts after you give the green light — and your order is fully refundable until that point.
