What's the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the tape. Water-activated (paper) tape starts at just 6 rolls — the lowest MOQ in the industry. Standard PolyPro starts at 36 rolls (~$250). Both minimums are designed so you can test the product before committing to a large run.

How long does it take to receive my order?

After you place your order, our design team reviews your artwork and sends a digital proof within 24 hours. Once you approve the proof, production and shipping takes approximately 2 weeks. We'll keep you updated at every step.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept AI, PDF, EPS, and high-resolution PNG or JPG (300 dpi or higher). Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) always produce the sharpest results. Not sure if your file is ready? Upload it and our designers will check it for free.

Will the print stay on through shipping and handling?

Yes. Our inks are cured into the tape surface, not just printed on top. The print holds through normal warehousing, shipping, and handling conditions. Backed by our 100% money-back guarantee.

What's the difference between PolyPro and water-activated tape?

PolyPro (polypropylene) is the most common printed tape — lightweight, pressure-sensitive, and easy to apply by hand or with a dispenser. Water-activated tape (WAT) is a reinforced paper tape that bonds permanently to corrugated boxes when moistened — it's tamper-evident, eco-friendly, and creates a stronger seal. WAT requires a water-activated dispenser to apply.

Do I get a proof before you go to production?

Always. We send a digital proof for your approval before printing a single roll. You can request changes until you're 100% happy. Production only starts after you give the green light — and your order is fully refundable until that point.
